Lease, Partnership and Debt/Equity Restructure

On behalf of this NYSE listed company, principals of Rockledge led the restructure of this 400,000 square foot lease and recapitalization of a $65 million office project in Fairfax, Virginia.  This assignment included a range of complex tax and corporate accounting issues in addition to identification and structuring of new equity and debt for the underlying property.

Recapitalization provided by private equity and debt financing with Nomura Securities in excess of $60 million.
