On behalf of this rapidly expanding biomedical service company we developed a corporate headquarters in the Montgomery County Life Sciences Complex. The project involved the complete planning, approval and development of a 52,000 square foot facility owned by affiliates of Rockledge and leased to BioReliance under a long-term lease. Developed in partnership with Foulger Pratt Development and permanent financing by Conning Asset Management.
