Mr.
Friedlander brings over fifteen years of
experience across a range of real estate
related activities. Most currently he is
engaged in the insurance industry as a Designated
Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in
Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia,
providing a wide range of property and casualty
insurance products to a wide range of businesses
focused primarily on real estate risks. Sales
in 2002 total approximately $3,000,000.
Prior to entering the
insurance industry Mr. Friedlander was
an associate for 5 years with the law firm
of Friedlander, Misler focusing primarily
on commercial real estate law. In particular
he drafted and negotiated real estate contracts,
leases and loan agreements and structured
real estate transactions for small and
medium sized businesses. Since February
2000 involved in legal negotiation, financing
and equity structuring for proposed real
estate transactions with Rockledge Realty
Partners.
Mr. Friedlander received his Bachelor of
Arts degree from Emory University and a JD
from the Washington College of Law at the
American University. He is a member of the
Maryland Bar. His active participation in
charitable work includes: the Board of Directors
Hebrew Home of Greater Washington (1995-2000);
DC Board of Directors Share Zedek Hospital
(1997-1999) and Member of the Board of Governors
Hebrew Home of Greater Washington (2000 -
Present).
