This
two-phase project involved the acquisition
of an existing 75,000 square foot medical
office building and the development of
a new 60,000 square foot MOB attached to
the 150-bed Montgomery General Hospital.
The existing building was renovated in
1999 and is 98% occupied. The new MOB was
completed in 2000 and is approximately
100% leased. The buildings provide offices
for over 120 physicians. Developed in partnership
with Foulger Pratt Development and financing
provided by SouthTrust Bank.
