Rockledge partners have overseen the development of more than one million square feet of commercial development over a seven-year period.  Projects include 5301 Wisconsin Avenue, One Bethesda Center, 1750 Old Meadow Road and 1901 Research Boulevard.  A common quality to these projects was a requirement for complex rezoning approvals or challenging development obstacles. They were developed in joint venture with or sold to institutions, including First National Bank of Boston, Connecticut Mutual and Ohio State Teachers Retirement Fund.
